Physical anxiety increases, can’t breathe at all

I recieved my THS, CBC, and Ferritin blood test results, CBC was perfectly normal, I cannot believe that! However, ferritin was down to 14.6, and the normal range for females is 11-150??? ISNT THAT TOO LOW? THS was fine, not perfect but okay. Please someone tell me if a count of 4.8 million red blood cells is good? Normal range for it is 4.6-5.4 And the ferritin bit if its good? Last time it was 12 or something, doctors here are trash and careless. I’m really scared, no breathing techniques are working, breathing issues still there, severe as usual. Respiratologists could not find any diagnosis, no asthma whatsoever. Anxiety medications are not working, only decreased panic attacks but the symptoms stay throughout the day..I cant deal with this.

My ferritin got down to 11 so my gp ordered an iron infusion as I couldn’t get it up with oral iron as it make me sick. Hasn’t improved any of my symptoms though unfortunately.
