Hi all! newbie here! glad I found this site! I have suffered with anxiety off and on for..well..most of my adult life 
my main concern is this awful buzzing/ringing/pulsing in my head..it's ALWAYS there..sometimes it's really loud I guess when my anxiety is loud..LOL..I worry about my health, which is something I guess we all do! I have been to the docs more times than I care to reveal..I'm fine physically..def not mentally! don't want meds..anyway anyone else have a ringy head? thanks for listening! <3
