I made it, I chatted to one of my granddaughters when I was on the bus until they arrived. Just got home, but my back muscles are quite tense and tight at the moment.

Sorry I was not around yesterday, so pleased that you braved it and went anyway. You are doing exactly what you should be to get better. I imagine you will be feeling that it is taking a long time but I felt the same and am great now. The main improvement for me was after 4 months but I also had two dose increases in that time.

I was busy all day. I met a friend in a very pretty historic town about an hours drive away and we did a lovely walk of around five miles on an old railway then found a beautiful garden in an old pub to have lunch then window shopped after lunch.
