I have found it to be a miracle for my anxiety. 300 mg full-spectrum oil, 8 or 10 drops under the tongue twice a day or as needed. I've been on it for 6 months and my anxiety is down by 90%.

It has worked much better for me than any prescription med I've taken over the years.

That’s brilliant. Can I ask what percentage it was I’m trying 10% to start with as it’s really expensive.

Hmmm. I'm not sure what you mean. Mine is a pure oil that is sold in 300MG, 600MG and 1000MG portions. The brand I am using is PURE Kana. You can look at the web-site to see if there's a better explanation about potency for you.

It is expensive, unfortunately. The lowest MG works for me and it's also the cheapest.

It's really worth trying. I know it isn't for everyone and I was very skeptical. But it's been a success for me so far and it worked from the beginning.

Mines 1000mg/ 10% which is the amount of CBD in each bottle. Mine is pure oil too but obviously has other ingredients in it too. There’s 20% and 40% but they are very expensive. I get mine from Best life Products.

I tried FabCBD 600mg as needed, but I can’t handled it because it’s full-spectrum. Full-spectrum has a lot of great benefits, but for someone who is sensitive to THC, it was a little too much for me. I’m about to start taking Sagely Natural CBD Tranquility pills, which uses broad spectrum CBD (whole plant CBD without the THC). It used 10mg a CBD a pill. It also has holy basil, chamomile, magnolia bark, lavender, and L-Theanine. I’ve vaped CBD Isolate (Koi and CBDFX). The CBDFX 500mg is my favorite. PlusCBD spray is great for people who are starting out on CBD. They use the whole plant, but it’s only 1mg of CBD, so it’s a small dosage. I’ve used it and it was worked for me, but I needed a higher dosages

It’s good news if you find something that suits you. I have only just received mine in the post so yet to try it. Hope it last a little while as it’s not cheap. If it works then it’s worth it. I need it for pain too so I hope it will help with that.
