And... I'm back!

I haven't been on here for 2 years now. My anxiety was becoming bearable - I still have episodes here and there but a lot more manageable. However, 2 years later, all of a sudden I've been feeling the same symptoms that I used to feel (headaches every morning, shaky feeling and feeling in a bubble). I just Googled my symptoms and one of my own posts came up! I completely forgot I had this page - I'm so glad I've found it again. I was exercising a lot which helped me so much, I also cut back on the alcohol. However, I've just moved into a new place with my Husband and everything has gone down the drain again. I'm hoping if I start exercising again, I will feel like me again. Wish me luck x

I understand this guess a lot of us have ups and downs! You’re not alone thanks for sharing! I just posted a new post and I’m hoping someone has some insight cause I’m dealing with some tough thoughts that have been bringing me down!!

Hi Squeak1993, I agree with Miss P74 in that moving could have prompted some

uncomfortable feelings again. After all, changes for us are hard to accept.

I wish you well in your new place and once you are settled in, things will get better.
