If you had a major physical health problem, something would have shown up in the tests they ran. What is your primary concern?

All of the symptoms you describe can be explained by the body's reaction to stress hormones such as cortisol and adrenaline. Are you taking any medication or doing any relaxation exercises like meditation?

These illness comes from our thyroid gland. I know because I searched for years until I could find a doctor in that field. Our endocrine system controls the Body. Thyroid Symptoms: Always fatigued or exhausted, irritable or impatient, feeling too hot or too cold, depressed, anxious, or panicky, bothered by changes in hair or skin, at the mercy of your moods, losing your enthusiasm for life, inexplicably gaining or losing weight, sleeping poorly, or insomniac, etc. The list keeps going. Note: you may have to fight the doctors to run the proper testing. The little basic test are always 80% wrong. Most medical doctors are not even taught about the Endocrine Systems and there symptoms. Actually the experts, know that thyroid imbalance comes before depression or manic. Hope this helps.

I worry about the same and have debilitating symptoms. Lots of tests. All normal. Guess we have to trust medics and reassure ourselves we are ok.

Most doctors are clueless to thyroid issues and most test the doctors run never include the proper thyroid testing. The basic test that they taught to run are around 80% wrong. The testing I finally had was taking 23 virals of blood from me.
