Anxiety medication

Hi , can I ask what medications you have found best for anxiety. I cannot tske SSRIs but am really struggling. I am.desperate to get my life back. Been like this since xmas doesn't seem to be getting any better. Suffering with ectopic beats and other horrible symptons x

I take propranolol for my racing heart which does help.

Has your doctor suggested anything?

Did you start the Zoloft? How have you been?

No they told me not too in the end as I’ve ended up in hospital with the symptoms and they said to stick to my beta blocker.which does really work for me.

My doctor started me on 25 mg of Zoloft once a day I’ve been on it for two weeks now but don’t feel any different yet have a feeling I’m probably going to have to up my dosage at some point
