Burning hands, arms, sensitive to touch

Has anyone experiences burning hands to the point the are bright red and hurt to touch. My arms are sensitive also. If I worry about it it makes it worse. I may have a pinched nerve - trying to get in to my neuro. My cheeks also get bright red and burn which is roseasa. All of these sensations make me so anxious - and then I willl get some burning sensations on my back. The burning sometimes lets up but got up the other day and my left hand was asleep. It was this way for about 5 days. Now it is ok. When I am are the grandchildren I get so overwhelmed with trying to keep up - and lack of sleep doesn’t help. On new med, Pristiq. Took the Genesite test - and was advised to take this. I think I have a reaction to the coating and fillers in pills like the magnesium sterate. If I have this in the first 4 ingredients I have horrible side effects. If it is a tablet or capsule I am better. Anyone experience any of these symptoms?
