Arm pain?

Hello all-

I’m 31 and I think pretty healthy for the most part other than anxiety and the occasional virus.

My upper right arm is hurting pretty bad. Not sure why. I picked up some sticks in the yard yesterday but they weren’t heavy at all. Not sure what else I could have possibly done. Anyway I am freaking out because the first thing that comes up in google when I search upper right arm pain is heart attack.

At 31 a heart attack is about as rare as winning the lottery. And your heart is to the left side of your chest, no worries for you. Be well.
