Borderline calprotectin.. what can it mean?

Hi. Does anyone know what borderline calprotectin may be? I am a 21 year old female with severe anxiety (GAD). I don’t have diarrhea but do get constipation at times. I also get abdominal cramping and bloating. Am also diagnosed with fatty liver. I have borderline calprotectin but very nervous on what it may be.. does anyone have any ideas what it may be? Thank you!

Google says borderline calprotectin is indicative of inflammation of the intestines or bowels. Fatty liver is something to keep an eye on but honestly the liver is a ridiculously robust organ and heals/regenerates very quickly. I remember from one blood test to the next (couple of months in between?) I went from very fatty liver to normal, and I didn't even make lifestyle changes.
