Ear thuds ?

Anyone else with anxiety suffer with random thudding in the ears ? Like an ear drum spasm ?

I have a throbbing in my ears that frequently comes from a fluid buildup in the Eustachian canals. I think I have small tubes that limit the flow, so at those times I take meclizine, which also works for dizziness and motion sickness. It is my antihistamine of choice, since almost every time I get any head congestion, I usually have popping eardrums. Have it today. Got to take one. I also use flonase nasal spray to help. It may not be anxiety that brings on our symptoms, just anxiety from not knowing what is causing some of the symptoms? Hope you have a better day. (Meclizine is the same as dramamine, and can be bought over the counter.)
