Increase of sertraline dosage

My doctor increase my dosage from 25 to 50 mg. What will happen to me my stomach started to feel painful again? Wht should i do?

My suggestion is to call a functional doctor, not a regular doctor, and ask to have some blood work done and a saliva test to check your enzymes in your digestive tract, and if there is any inflammation that is most likely what is causing the pain. Please write back if you would like to

All the more reason to see a functional doctor who can treat your body with some TLC instead of damaging drugs.

I have been on this drug for six years now. I started out on the same dose. The lowest that they give is 25mg. I am now on 75mg. I know we all react differently to drugs. I can't really relate to you. I was so Anorexic that going from zero food and beverage. I had to eat up to 5,000 calories daily for a year. My stomach had to get adjusted to food and drug. I had lots of food to digest. My stomach was new to it all. It made me very sleepy I can say that.
