Went off of my meds.

Careful stopping your meds without your doctor knowing. Stopped my meds for anxiety and depression 2 weeks ago and ended up in the hospital, almost died. All my internal organs were shutting down after killing a bottle of vodka. Looking back on it now I was trying to kill myself.

That is so sad that you got that low, hope you are on the way back up now.

There are not many meds that you can just stop without having adverse effects, if you feel they are not helping chat to your Dr to get the dose or tablet changed. Some take a month or so to start having the desired effect.

I wish you well with what ever treatment you are on now x

How long were you on the meds?
