Delila123 Yepp know what you are saying. Heart attacks Dad 53 brother 71/brother 64/brother 48. Enough I am 84 and have a brother 88. I have bypassx4 have high bp/congestive heart failure. My brother has nothing..Best advice get a good Cardiologist and stay with him/her, follow their advice and hopefully in 20 years you will look back and kick your butt for worrying so. There are some fabulous meds out there for heart and so forth./What the Dr prescribes take if you can tolerate..My Cardiologist is a young Jew/smart as a whip and to the point...
Do your best/trust God and keep on exercising..Troopdad
