Hello mom55, anxiety is different for most people. I recommend reading Claire Weeks key points Daily and try to understand the roll of your thoughts/mind in a lot of symptoms, how to distract yourself. Anxiety can be largely thought rather than physical. Keep stress to a min, try to laugh at it, and enjoy life as much as you can. Meds are ok but the solution is I ter all understanding yourself. Good wishes. Things are never as bad as the seem.
