Paranoia setting in

Hi all sorry for posting this feel like I am just posting for the hell of it which I am not. But few of my family members have norovirus I live separately from them now but when they told me stay away I started feeling paranoid about getting sick started feeling hot an nauseous and literally washing my hands with everything I touch

Ugh! I consider myself a germaphobe so I know exactly how you feel! You are right to stay away from them until they're better and yes keep your hands clean! I'd stay away for a few days even after they feel better to make sure all the virus in the environment (and in them) are dead😈 Having said all this I had gastroenteritis last year and the worst part was over in about 12 hours, after that it's pretty tolerable as long as you are home😊 Personally I think the flu is much worse....
