Can't sleep because I feel my heartbeat

Night after night, as I lay down to sleep, I endure hours of turmoil because I feel my heartbeat in my fingers, in my tummy, in my ears, ect. I can never find a position that allows me to avoid feeling my own heart. Since cardiophobia is one of my major symptoms, this situation has become a major stressor...Last night was miserable.

Sorry to hear that. I used to have that every night. It has gotten better but I still have the occasional night that it keeps me up
