Feeling tired

I woke up in the middle of the night having a panic attack. I was able to talk myself through it and woke up this morning with my head spinning and then comes a huge panic attack and I don’t know what to do. They just keep coming and I am so scared and nervous that I may really need to go to the ER because what if it isn’t just a panic attack and then idk I just feel so defeated and down and its so tiring and I know my family is so tired of this and me feeling and saying I am going to die all the time and I am just so tired of being like this. Its so frustrating and I am unsure why I am dizzy or maybe I wasn’t really dizzy and maybe it was just a panic attack. I am just unsure of everything at this moment.. Sorry so long just needed to get this out and talk and I just want to be normal.

I’ve been struggling with the same thing, head spinning like crazy, derealization; it feels like one little thing that happens will set off a huge panic attack. But it’s okay. You’re not dying, you’re not going crazy (even though it feels like it lol), you’re absolutely fine. Panic attacks are our body’s response to stressful situations, but it’ll subside. Trust me, I’ve been to the ER for panic attacks and all they’re going to tell you is everything is alright and you aren’t dying. If this helps, try to find some breathing tricks, such as belly breathing when you feel like a panic attack is coming on or even when it is. Another thing that has tremendously helped me is this anxiety meditation video from Yoga With Adriene on YouTube. Try watching the video in a quiet area where you can focus and relax. There’s also this thing I’ve learned recently (and it works) is something called cognitive distancing. It’s where you take your anxious and worrying thoughts and make it into guesses instead of facts. There’s more on it in an article at Physiology Today called “9 Ways To Calm Your Anxious Mind” I hope this helps, and I hope you feel a lot better soon!! <33

Thank you so much will try those that technique

I'm so sorry you are struggling with panic attacks. I know from experience they can be terrifying for those having it and those around them. Please don't feel like you aren't normal. Everyone has different things they struggle with. Some things are visible and some aren't. Keep fighting for your mental health. Perhaps talking to a doctor might help. It could be your having physical issues you aren't aware of. Don't give up.

I totally get it up now with a massive panic attack and I’m exhausted. I get dizzy and off balance all the time and of course think it’s MS despite docs saying it’s not. My family is so down over this
