Head and ear pressure

I hope this group still exists! I am going crazy with this pressure! I might have 1 or 2 good days where my head feels clear but it doesn't last! Has anybody found the cause and are there treatments to help? I read a lot of the old posts and hope those people found relief of some kind!

I've tried lowering my sodium levels to some success.

CBD has also been a huge help for me.

Hi i have had really bad headand ear preasure for a couple of yrs. Then August last yr i was really bad with vertigo and ear preasure. I saw the ENT and he said i have classic symptoms of meniere's disease which he has medicated me for and seems to be helping. He did order a MRI but that was to be on the safe side. Still awaiting results. Hope you get it sorted as its horrible and you don't want it getting any worse.

Did you all find any relief? I've been dealing with this on and off all year. Thought I had a handle on it and then bam, today is so bad. I don't know if it is an exacerbation of a tension headache or an actual ear issue or head pressure issue or if I'm just crazy, but the head pressure, needing to pop my ears feeling is awful and id love to hear any feedback.

I have been seeing a PT who says my SMS muscle is really tight and wants me to do neck stretches. It seems to help some, but not today.
