the fits were because of my own doings back in the day drink drugs.blackouts are like really bad anxiety attacks my mind goes into extreme overdrive.trying to take things easy and being calm helps me.not had a blackout since about june.

I use to be a alcoholic. I did other drugs as well . I blacked out today . I was extremely tired though. I’m going to the doctors tomorrow to see what’s going on . It was a big scare for me .

I have fainted before, not due to anxiety. I have also experienced blackouts that were due to anxiety.

I’m not sure. It was when my anxiety started hitting me hard. I don’t know if your brain is just on overload, or it’s just sensory overload but it was frightening. Because it was so frightening I would worry about it and of course it would happen again.
