Is always taking a deep breath a sign of anxiety? I seem to be always doing this. My dr gave me ativan but when it wears off i start back up again

I have been diagnosed with anxiety and take clonazepam. It has been 20 years. The clonazepam is a much longer acting medicine. Ativan is the weakest one in the family of benzo's.
