today I felt like I was gonna pass out/faint first time this has happened to me. I was working I had to go upstairs so I took the elevator as soon as I got out maybe a minute later everything became super dizzy and my legs became weak like I was gonna fall over and by vision was blurry. It was horrible and frightening I ran outside. Also Two nights ago I woke up at the night and everything was going slow motion.

what was going on right before this happened? IF you had to guess, what do you think caused it?

How were you about to "run outside"

did your legs carry you?

Then what happened?

I ran outside as soon as i felt it was going away. Ran down the stairs and into my car. My legs were still a little wobbly but I made it to my car. Stayed there for a few minutes and it went away but I’m still feeling like my legs are weak. Before this happened I was in my car ( i work at a pharmacy and I also make deliveries for our pharmacy ) I’m home now trying to calm myself

Man I had a similar thing happen to me, when I was in my car once too.

I called my doc up as soon as I could ( before cell phones) and he said " jelly legs will carry you", and these symptoms of adrenaline, really get ( our ) your attention don't they?

Once the event is over ( as Dr claire say's accept and float ) he said to do something physical to burn off the extra adrenaline, so the body resets, right away.

( I am able to run up and down stairs, or jog or do some lifting now that the doc told me to and that I would be fine)

I come off the "freak" faster and the effects don't follow me for as long.

{ did any of that make any sense to you?}

Could of been a panic attack. They can sometimes come out of nowhere. Try and keep yourself hydrated and try not to go long without eating incase it was due to dehydration or hunger.
