Anxiety makes me sick

... literally.... I was having shooting pains running through my body from anxiety as I opened up about some of my hurts with a group of friends this morning. I can’t seem to get up and function now. I literally feel sick

I can relate to this also. The first time I started to talk about the issues causing me anxiety I actually made myself sick !

Although it seems tough right now you’ve taken a huge step in facing it ! It does get easier 😁
