“The Scream”

So today I’ve been exploring my anxiety through Art. I am a creative individual who uses art to express how I’m feeling. The picture attached titled “scream” demonstrates on a day to day how I feel. The colours portray the panic and fear which I often feel daily. The emotion and terror on the face of the character is how I feel on the inside. And finally the wave like motion of the picture identifies the swishy and motion sickness which is a common problem I have with my anxiety. I find connecting with Art and Music really does help in calming and focusing my attention. Anyone else have any strategies that they use to help focus and channel their anxiety ??
