always this time of year is when i start to feel crappy again!! the bad feeling the worried contsant the scared everything always at this time of year i dont understand anyone1?

I don't understand either i feel crappy everyday if only these feelings would go away. Got up with great intentions of going out for lunch then the panic sets in overwhelming don't know how much longer i can fo this for. What do you feel like.

Oh my, I feel the same way. It was this time last year when I finally started medication for my anxiety and I have been recently thinking that it needs to be increased or switched up. This time of year it starts to get darker for longer during the day where I am. It's also getting colder. I don't know if that has anything to do with it, but I absolutely agree with you that this is when I really start to feel my anxiety creep up.
