Pain that won’t go away? Please help

I’ve previously reached out on posts yo explain my symptoms and to find someone with similarities. I’ve done screening of the heart so that is out of the way. My only question is, when or how do I get rid of the constant pain? My doctor wanted to rule out the heart so I’ve had a lot done, including an echo which showed that my heart was functioning the way it should. So ever since then, the shooting pain that I’ve been having- I just try to let pass. But when is it enough? Sometimes I’ll just be walking and I’ll get a random sharp pain on my chest, it varies from right to middle to left. I understand I have anxiety but is that normal? Do others have this happen to them? It’s just so random

Muscular tension in the chest causing pain is quite common, many here have reported it.
