Snacking is totally appropriate. You just want to snack on foods low in sugar. Try eating higher protein foods/snacks like nuts or beef jerky. It makes you feel full for a longer period of time and may eliminate your cravings for sugary snacks. Or try sugar free snacks. There’s a great selection of items these days.
