Businesses are killing us with its selling us products that's mostly sugar and chemicals. Even Dog shite will taste nice if its loaded with sugar. I think also this is why so many are suffering from Anxiety disorders. So many complaining of insomnia little wonder if your eating sugar by the pounds. Sugar will give one so much energy and give enough to children you will have a very energetic child for the rest of that day.

Time to get tough on companies and the sugar industry. Eat a Mr kiplings cake in the evening and try and sleep.

I rest my case LOL.

Hi Dodo! I've only recently become aware to the toxicity of sugar and even worse, the politics of it, especially here in the US! I watched a documentary on Netflix called "Fed Up" and it's been life changing for us and our children to say the least.

I feel overpowered. It's literally you and I against the world. They don't have our best interest in mind, only their pocket books. They literally will poison us (and they have) if it means more money for them. What helps me is remembering that there is a power that's greater than the ones overpowering me, and that power is on my side.

I've become much more spiritual in recent years and it helps with anxiety (significantly).

It's nice to be able to let go but still feel in control. Bring it on world :)

Yes the Business people of this world is counting on us consuming as much as we possibly can because its making them rich but our governments have to crack down because there will be a health crisis . We now have companies putting Massive amounts of sugar in our foods and confectionery stuff because us humans have a sweet tooth.

There will be a heavy Tax sooner or later it would be very irresponsible of our governments if they didn't. Causing people to lose their eyesight and so many other health issues Diabetes being the biggest.

You are absolutely right, with there being too much sugar and chemicals in our foods.

But I do have a question. This past week my anxiety has gone over the top for some reason. One week ago I gave up daily chocolate habit as well as cake, cookies etc.

Can I actually be coming off the sugar binge I had been on for so long?? Any ideas?

It's too much of a coincidence. take care.

Sugar withdraw is real and can cause you to be anxious but should pass soon. If the Brain has enjoyed frequent sugar rushes believe me it will play up like a spoilt child. So hang on in there because it is really unhealthy to consume sugar to much.
