Stomach problems are controlling my life painfully!!!

I'm a 55 year old male married to a wonderful lady. I have been struggling with a rare form of IBS called Chronic Abdominal Pain 20 years. It had pretty much gone away for 15 years. then in 2011 my wife with MS died in my arms. I remarried in 2013 and moved 45 miles from my mom. In 2015, my father died suddenly. SINCE then, I have been having constant stomach pain. I hardly work and cancel lots of contract work. I have to take money out of my mother's trust to survive which brings on guilt and I feel worthless sitting trying different meds for some help. I just love where I live and my mom is all alone and I don't get up to see her like I want because of how I feel and we are best friends. I feel like I'm letting everyone down. On a new med Gapabentin right now which is helping a little bit.

Have you tried magnesium oil. It regulates the body and relaxes the muscles. It regulates the body's PH so helps with acid problems as well as relaxing you.
