Stomach pain

Does anyone else ever feel like their stomach is empty not in the sense of being hungry but like kinda like a pain in your stomach I’m trying not to freak out over it so if anyone can relate please share

Hi Sonia. I've been dealing with something this myself for the last couple of months. It's like my stomach is empty and feels so hungry it's more like a knawing feeling. Like so hungry it's uncomfortable if that makes sense.
