School tomorrow

So tomorrow is my first day back to school and i already feel panicy. Im anxious about being around so many people and having no friends in my classes. Tomorrow will also be my first time driving to school and im really nervous about that too. Any advice to handle this?

Hey there ☺️ It may sound obvious but don't worry so much 😋. You don't know what will happen and the future isn't happening now, it is always the present moment. Just remember even if all the worst things that could happen do happen you can handle it, us humans can deal with a lot. Just be present and I'm sure you'll make friends soon enough. Good luck!
