Head is going crazy

Hope someone can help me couldn't sleep last night at all woke up at 6 and feel like rubbish plus it's really cold and my skin has gone sensitive and my back is aching also really nauseous once again I am thinking the worst I am at work at the minute in the toilet crying

sorry to hear youre having a hard time. i try to think of other times i have had the symptoms that are scaring me and i tell myself i got through it then so it cant be anything serious.

Whenever I don’t get any sleep or just not enough hours of good sleep I feel like complete garbage. Try not getting yourself too worked up over the physical sensations. Just continue on with your day knowing that tonight you’ll get some sleep. Once your home focus on self care. Relax, maybe watch a movie or your favorite show and limit your phone time. Go to bed early and know that tomorrow you will feel better.
