Had anyone woken up with weird vision?

Last night I woke up in a panic and what happened to me as I got up was a first. Basically, as I got up I looked to my right where my window was and then as I looked in front to where my closet was, it’s like my vision reverted back to the image of what was on my right side. It happened like 3 times but with whichever direction I was looking at. I didn’t freak out because I knew that I just woke up and I’m assuimung my mind was slow with processing especially with getting up fast because of a panic. Has this ever happened to anyone? My eyes were checked recently and I had an mri on my brain recently and everything is good.
