Sudden sweating w/anxiety

Does anyone else randomly break out in a sweat? Like within a few seconds to where you're fanning yourself, and sweat to the point of wiping your forehead. Then it all goes away within a minute or less?

I do sometimes but it usually lasts from 5-10 minutes on average. Don't know it's coming at times but I do get it first thing in the morning too. It's really embarrassing when it happens at work in meetings etc.

It is completely normal to sweat with anxiety and panic, it's our adrenal glands. I'm far from a Dr. But at 47yrs old I come from a long line of panic, anxiety, depression PTSD agoraphobia, I feel like I have a PhD. Hi however just curious if you ever had your thyroid checked. Good luck

Yvonne, I'm 55 can relate. My mom had anxiety in her 40s and 50s but hers stopped on it's own. Lucky. Mine started at 23 and still flares up. Like 3 weeks ago the worst I've had in years. The last few months were very stressful though. I've had my thyroid checked before and just had full blood work a couple weeks ago including B-12 and h-pylori (stomach problems for last 3 weeks) but all came back normal. I feel like a hot mess right now : ( The stressors are gone but anxiety remains.
