Strange symptoms at sleep, need help

Hi everyone, I'm 19 years old and it's been a month I can't sleep like before...

Every night, without exception, when I close my eyes and start to wait to fall asleep, I suddenly have vivid dreams like sensation of things I did in the day, it's not sleep paralysis, totally different, because when I have this I can move and im totally awakr.

Just after this vivid dreaming sensation I have a strange bad taste in mouth that appears, also my body is overheating and not shaking but I have a trembling sensation. After all this my sleep disappears totally and I can't fall asleep for hours, sometimes hours after i'll succeed to sleep sometimes it just comes back every time I close my eyes...

Don't know what to do, it's driving me crazy, I just want to sleep but I cant... Do you think there is a solution to this or I'll have to suffer every night of my life...
