Hi. I’m just curious if any of you have PoTS? The reason I ask this is because I have had anxiety and panic attack for years until things got a lot worse for me and I started experiencing severe symptoms. Anyway, cut a long story short, I have PoTS and that’s probably what’s been causing my anxiety for many years as it can give off anxiety symptoms.

I’d recommend looking into it because MANY people are told that they just have anxiety and/or panic attacks when it could actually be PoTS.

I was told for years that there was nothing wrong with me! And well, there is lol.
