My Anxiety is getting worse and better at the same time...

I have been on Lexapro for a few weeks now and my anxiety seemed like it was getting a lot better for the most part but now lately I'm not anxious about the same things I used to be; and yet I've developed all of these new anxiety triggers that didn't bother me before... if there is a certain mess or speckle on the floor I freak out and tear up and run around in a frenzy because it scares me that I never fully know if the area around me is fully clean or not. I have never had any "OCD" like triggers before these are recent problems but everything else has gotten better and I'm not sure if this is a temporary thing from switching to the lexapro or if this is just me without anxiety.. im curious if anyone else has had their anxiety switch around on them based on the medications they're on?

I have the same experience on Lexapro. I think it has made my OCD a little worse but my anxiety a little better. I feel like it changed the way my anxiety presents itself though.
