Hi jennylove12 yeah i know it's a vicious cycle. When we can't sleep well or enough it just lowers serotonin all the more and raises all the stress hormones which makes mood anxiety worse which then makes it hard to sleep again. Is there anything that helps you, that you can do more of, whether it's talking to a friend or watching something funny? Or anything you can eliminate that may bring relief- like for me i know sugar makes it worse but hard to stop bc i am addicted to it. I may have suggested this to you before, but try magnesium, it's so far the best natural calming supplement i've tried, along with chamomile tea. Did something trigger you to be more down than usual now?
Just my life is one big mess. I have no one to talk to about this, except a therapist which most of the time they only care about raking in the money and say things like “it will turn around for you”. It’s just crap. My business has gone under, now I’m back on sedatives to help me stay calm. My anxiety and depression is increased 500 fold and life isn’t much fun.
I'm sorry that is very stressful to worry about money. I think you're in another country (not USA?), so do they have unemployment insurance over there, can you declare bankruptcy for business and collect unemployment while you look for a job? or do they have disability there?, that's what i'm on. i asked you before if you believe in God, which you said you do, so i hope prayer can be a comfort to you now . I already do, but will increase my prayers for you and i've always trusted Him to provide for me- i do trust He will provide for you.
