Is this ‘normal?’

Iv had a cold for three days and since then my anxiety has been through the roof.

I don’t know if it’s just because my body feels so drained from being ill.

I keep getting tingling sensations which seem to move from one part of my body to the next.

Also CBD Capsules are they worth trying?

Thanks in advance.

I don't know anything about CBD Capsules but I do know that when we have a cold it can and does produce more anxiety. The reason being is that we feel physically sick as well as the areas of the body it attacks are the nose, throat, head and chest. It makes us focus in on anxiety and what if thoughts. Just think, if we didn't have anxiety, we would be like every other person experiencing cold symptoms. And that is, feeling miserable, needing to rest and just tune out the world for 7days or a week. :)

Tingling sensation all a part of anxiety disorder. Feel better soon. xx

Thank you so much for your reassuring advice. I really appreciate it! You are a very kind person. I will try and rest and try to keep my mind distracted. Thanks again x
