Hi Denny :) I used to have constant chest pain and heart palpitation that used to leave my left side hurting like muscle pain. I had these constant everyday for over a month. I started not to pay much attention as I know it was all anxiety related. I've been through tests to make sure my heart is healthy so I knew I had nothing to worry about. The moment I stopped fearing and worrying about the feeling (I know is scary and is hard to ignore feeling it) gradually started to go away. I still get it here and there but not constant nor all day like I used to. I used to burp a lot like all day everyday that also went away, I guess my anxiety levels are gradually going down. I don't take medication by the way so I wouldn't know about that. If it gives you peace of mind go check your heart if you haven't if all is good then know is all anxiety don't fear the symptoms they won't harm you obsessing about them makes them only worse. Trust me I was there and I think accepting and living my life as normal as I can has helped a whole lot!! :)

Hi Denny. My experience with stabbing chest pain is much like sweetsunshine's. Sometimes it would happen at night or if I bent over to tie my shoes. What I didn't realize is it was stress and anxiety slowly starting to surface. It turned into radiating chest pain and swelling with palpitations. This triggered panic attacks and anxiety. Eventually, I had enough and saw a cardiologist. Everything is good. It still happens here and there but at least I know it's anxiety related. Go get checked out and find some inner peace.
