Twiglett, you are not going to feel this bad for ever, you will pull through it I promise. We all have periods of feeling at a very low ebb but hold on and the sun shines again. But now you should contact your crisis team or doctor and tell them how you feel, do it as soon as you can. Have you been on serrataline long enough for it to kick in?

Been on it 4 months now lost my job debts galore been in hospital 4 times now last one my temp had dropped to below 30 and my heart rate was over 240

Work closely with whatever healthcare professional you deal with, tell them your present med isn't helping and you've been on it 4 months, time to try something that does work, something different.

If your heartrate goes over 200 then yes you must get youeself to hospital right away even though your heart muscle is the strongest muscle in your body.

Stop worrying about debts, you can't do anything about those at the moment, so concentrate on things you can do something about.

Your life is more precious than all the pounds and dollars in this money mad world.

So I say discuss changing your medication to something else that WILL work and ask for something quick acting to tide you over (like xanax or diazepam).

You have the strength to see yourself through this bad patch, twiglet, you will return to the sunlit uplands again I promise.
