Hi, I know what you mean. Do you feel a little better now? What do you think caused it? Did you do too much today?

I feel so bad for you. It will pass but you'll probably feel anxious a few more days. Drink lots of water. Add lemon to it, or have chamomile tea. Before I started taking Paxil 10mg, I would take Tylenol which calmed me down. Were extra tired today? I know that is what raises my anxiety levels.

Yes! All the time. Has anything changed? Anything different? That could explain things. I’m glad you are okay now.

If the ER sent you home I’m sure you’re fine. Try to relax. I know how hard that can be though. Maybe exercise or stay busy. Idle minds breed negativity. Unless you are able to sleep which is good. I’m not having a good day at all so I understand. I’ll say an extra prayer for you!

Panic Attacks r horrible and you feel really drained of energy after. I have suffered them on and off for years. I don’t have them very often now it’s Usually when I am away from my own house and always at night when I wake up in the middle of the night.. i am a very poor sleeper. It’s definitely mind over matter and I always seem to have them when I am out of my comfort zone. When they pass I feel stupid that I have let the situation cause me to panic. When I feel one coming on I try to distract myself by thinking I am not going to die, I put the tv on, wake my husband to talk to me, go on my iPad, anything to try to stop me thinking of panic.

I really feel for you and anyone who has them but please try to be reassured my doctor said no one has ever died from a panic attack. Wishing you well and hope you don’t have anymore
