Changing medication

I suffer anxiety as was diagnosed with follicular lymphoma 11 months ago. Was on fluoxitine which helped at first but then i couldnt sleep so was put on mirtazipine 3 months ago which helped for sleep but i piled the weight on and did little for the anxiety over my health. Im now trying sertraline. Is there anyone on sertraline? What is it like?

I am sertraline after changing over from citalopram. I am finding it much more effective. I still have panic attacks etc as my anxiety is really severe at the minute however I find I’m able to control them a bit better and just feel a bit more relaxed in general. The side effects when I changed over were bad and I suffered with a constant headache for 2 weeks but just give it time and I’m sure you’ll see a difference soon
