I think we all have what it takes to fully recover from anxiety I've had it like 1year and a half and I feel myself getting better I used yo get it all the time now I just randomly get it maybe a few seconds or bits here bits there the only time I don't get it and this may sound weird is when I'm axtuaally anxious and I think its because my mind is some were else I can sit there think about my breathing and feel like I can't breathe I can feel anxious about going somewhere and half an hour later my symptoms flare up chext pains etc but what I don't believe is that u need pills to recover but actually the food we eat I've been eating healthy for about a year now and I'm 19 so since I was 18 honestly say its worth it plus I don't really get sick because of me being healthy which is a bonus I get a lot of sinus problems tho which can intefeer with my anxiety sorry for ranting but hope this helps in some way

I agree with you anxietymadman123, our lifestyle plays a big part in how we feel and how we can overcome anxiety w/o medication. I'm glad to see that you have found results in changing the way you eat. Finding what triggers our anxiety and changing it to a more positive approach is the key. I wish you continued success in going forward in your life. Make it a great day :)
