Sleep
Hi, don't know how long you have bee without sleep, but frequently I know I am just not going to sleep so I stay up and read and puttering around....Stay up all day, and by bedtime, know won't sleep again. So I stay up and do what I did on night one. Stay up all day but by night of day three, I can sleep and it will be ok for a month or so.
Even when insomnia is not an issue, I shut the TV, music, computer, telephone etc. off by a certain time of evening and just try to settle down and read. No jogging, heavy exercise, etc. after 8 p.m (LIke I could jog anyway, but you get the picture...used to walk my dog)
My neuropsychiatrist reminded me that insomnia is a very common issue for people in the US.....wonder if people in New Zealand sleep?
