pain in my arms!!

i have pain in both my arms feels like i need to move them or twist them to help for a bit but its slowly getting my anxiety levels to raise as im feeling kinda funny atm

Stand up, move your arms. Stretch and walk around. Sometimes that can happen depending on the position you are in. A hot shower can help too. Getting anxious about it will exacerbate those feelings and cause you to feel worse. Weak, lightheaded, jittery. As you said you were feeling kinda funny atm I can’t truly give you much more. Obviously is relaxation doesn’t help it’s better to be safe than sorry. Anxiety will certainly make you feel kinda funny. Not knowing your history and seeing you it’s hard to assume what is happening. I can only say anxiety has caused those feelings in me. Anxiety originates in the nervous system which is then over sensitized. So you will feel things stronger. More little pains than usual. I hope you find a way to relax.

Hi caits how are you lately ? The sore arms sounds like your anxiety.is high thats what happens when my anxiety is high ! I would try using a hot water bottle as this may make the muscles relax more ! I hope you feel better soon david
