Hi gphillips97, It is just another form of anxiety. Being outside or even in a large store with high ceilings and bright lights can give you the same effect. Our brain which is already over sensitized gets over stimulated by having to much to absorb and look at that our head gets spaced out and our eyes get fuzzy and can't focus.
Something as simple as putting on a pair of sunglasses whether outside or in a store can help reduce some of the stimulation and calm your nervous system down. Ideally, if you could wear a pair of sunglasses with side shades (like the horses wear) that would keep your focus straight ahead. It works for the horses
