Afraid to be alone...

So im recently married. And my husband has to be stationed to California. And he also has to go to Mississippi for a months training, he leaves Tomorrow Morning! Me being a military sister and now Wife im use to it. But this will be our first seperation since 2013... my anxiety grew stronger out the Years and idk what to do without him! We have 1 child together and i have 2 other children who he Loves as his own.. im so disfunctional. I also have to appear in court Friday for a "Reckless driving" ticket i got back in Dec.23! Which remember i was in a urgent Rush but thats a long story. Im afraid i wake up with my heart in my throat. How can i cope with severe seperation anxiety?

sorry your going through the anxiety, but you are going through a stressful time, being on your own to care for the children is hard enough, then having a court date, etc. Anyone would feel anxious about those things, but if you feel really like your not able to cope, I would go to your doctor and ask for some help.

Thanks for your advice....

I told my Dr. Everything she Actually gave me xanax Xr for longer release then a short release so i would feel calmer and Not act out! He leaves today and i woke up feeling so Naueous right now. Idk how iam going to react. I cant quick shaking.

Whereisfreedom! I am so sorry to read about your fears!!! I am a military mom, so I get a part of this. I appreciate your husband’s willingness to serve!!!

Do you have any family close? Special friends? I think it is normal to have some concerns when you are left with 3 littles! You just need some good support!!! Can you join a group of other military mommas? Or just military women? Perhaps you can make a great connection and that person(s) can walk with you through this?!

Do you have a church family? There are many people “out there” that want to support military families!!! I hope you find some loving support!!!
