I'm actually here right now because of "mind chatter" keeping me awake. I play word games to keep my mind off of things but it doesn't always work. I think it's a sort of OCD as in obsessive thoughts.

It is destructive ._." It comes and goes away. I'm on therapy and medication. I can manage my anxiety now ,at time's it gets difficult but somehow I'm trying to get over this phase.

No I was not given Prozac. I was initially given prodep 5mg along with admenta 10mg and then after 2 weeks I was given fluexotine 20mg and admenta 10mg. Now I'm having just fluexotine 40 mg since a month. Don't worry you'll get better, don't lose courage. Just stay dedicated on getting healthiest. You'll be out of this, trust yourself.

I'm worried about you. Please take good care of yourself. Be in constant touch of your psychologist and psychiatrist, let them know that where your improvement is lacking and how they must help you to get out of this. Your wellbeing is very important. This life is a blessing to you ,don't lose your willpower and stay determined to get healthy. :)

You are a blessing, thank you so much. Someone has to worry about me, my family doesn't much or they think it's not as bad as it seems idk but you are a sweetheart and we'll keep in touch for sure ❤

I've been what you've gone through and I know how tough it is. Your happiness and peace is essential. Your family should be concerned about you. Stay close to your friends. Or talk to a trusted counsellor in your college/school. Sure. Just hold on to it,it might seem it's difficult but we all get negative thoughts. I trust you that you are not those thoughts in your head, just stop doubting yourself and start smiling more, laugh and start loving yourself more. You'd feel good when you would do this.

Don't be scared. First of all we all get negative thoughts. It's just that you're giving a lot of power to them, which you shouldn't. Get active when you get such thoughts, keep yourself so much busy and engaged that they won't pop into your mind and our mind is like a monkey, jumping from one branch of a tree to another. If you get caught in the web of your negative thoughts, start noticing the different colors, sounds around you or how you feel, like is it windy or humid weather. Watch something funny to cheer you up,lighten yourself by enjoying your favorite meal, cook it by yourself. It will take time but don't lose patience, have faith and confidence in yourself. Don't feel guilty and stop doubting yourself.

I can't cook. I can't pay attention to anything I'm scared and thinking it's schiz instead idk you are so kind and thankyou

Just play some music while cooking. Just focus on what's happening around you and what's going inside your head is not you. Its just playing with you but you're brave and you don't have schizophrenia. You won't have it. Meditate for at least 10-15 mins in the morning and evening. Learn a sport. Get busy with the activities that make you happy. Don't be alone.
