But, i dont rlly know whether its panic or heart attack. I did felt a tightness in my chest, but no jaw back and neck pain. Before the Attack i sneezed few times (resulting somelike flu), some ppl told me that the beginning of heart Attack feels like a flu. Therefore, my anxiety kicked in. I was panicking and i couldn’t sleep knowing tht 2 years ago my father died in his sleep so i thought ‘i can die in my sleep’. Im recovering today, i finally slept at 6am and woke up at 12pm with sores all over my body and shortness of breath. Im sooooo tired. Please, anybody, ring me some bells.

Lydia, for your own peace of mind maybe see your doctor to get his ir her O.K. that it wasn't a heart attack but the smart money is on Anxiety as it sounds very much like that including the classic anxiety symptom of shortness of breath. Don't understand the sores all over your body so defo you should see your doctor. But anxiety is still the clear favourite in my book.

So stay calm and accept these anxiety symptoms for the moment, attach less importance to them and you'll stop generating buckets of fear hormone that anxiety thrives on.
